The MAX6138BEXR50+T is a precision two terminal shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SC-70 package. This shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.2% with 4ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The MAX6138B has 54µA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with capacitive loads and it is a higher precision device in a smaller package.
