The NCP694D12HT1G is a 1.2V fixed output CMOS super low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with high output current requirement up to 1A and -3mV typical load regulation at 1A. The device contains a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, resistors for setting output voltage, a current limit circuits for overcurrent and thermal-shutdown. A standby mode with ultra-low supply current can be realized with the chip enable function.
