The ADUM5411BRSZ is a robust 2.5KVrms quad channel isolator with integrated DC to DC converters in 24 lead SSOP package. This digital isolator has isoPower integrated, isolated DC to DC converters. Based on the Analogue Devices iCoupler technology, the DC to DC converters provide regulated, isolated power that is adjustable between 3.15V and 5.25V. The ADuM5411 eliminates the need for a separate, isolated DC to DC converter in low power, isolated designs. The iCoupler chip scale transformer technology is used for isolated logic signals and for the magnetic components of DC to DC converters. The result is a small form factor, total isolation solution. It is typically used in RS232 transceivers, isolated sensor interfaces, power supply start-up bias and gate drives.
