The MAX4734EGC+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a low voltage, 4 channel CMOS analogue multiplexer in 12 pin QFN package. This low on-resistance analogue multiplexer operates from single 1.6V to 3.6V supply. It has fast switching speeds (tON = 25ns, tOFF = 20ns), handles rail to rail analogue signals and consumes less than 4µW of quiescent power. The MAX4734 has break before make switching. It has low 0.8ohm maximum on-resistance (RON) with 0.2ohm maximum RON matching and 0.1ohm maximum RON flatness at TA = +25°C when powered from 3V supply. The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using single 3V supply. It is used in power routing, battery powered systems, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, modems, cellular phones and hard drives.
