The MAX4220ESD+ from Maxim Integrated Products is a miniature, 200MHz, single supply, rail to rail quad op-amp with enable in 14 pin NSOIC package. The common-mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative power-supply rail (ground in single-supply applications). This device requires only 5.5mA of quiescent supply current while achieving a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 600V/µs slew rate. Input-voltage noise is only 10nV/√Hz and input-current noise is only 1.3pA/√Hz for either the inverting or non-inverting input. It is an excellent solution in low power/low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as video, communications and instrumentation. In addition, when disabled, their high-output impedance makes it ideal for multiplexing applications. It is used in battery-powered instruments, video line driver, ADC interface, CCD imaging systems and video routing and switching systems.
Supply voltage range is ±1.65V to ±5V, 3.3V to 10V
