The TMS320F2809PZQ is a 32-bit high-performance static CMOS DSP Microcontroller with Harvard bus architecture. The device incorporates 128K x 16 internal flash, 18K x 16 internal SRAM, 4K x 16 boot ROM, 1K x 16 one-time programmable (OTP) ROM, 16-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 35 individually programmable multiplexed GPIO pins with input filtering. This device also features peripherals like enhanced controller area network (eCAN), serial communications interface (SCI), inter-integrated-circuit (I2C) bus and serial peripheral interface modules (SPI).
