The SP232EEP-L is a high performance Line Driver and Receiver pairs that meets the specifications of RS-232 and V.28 serial protocols. The device is pin-to-pin compatible with Exars SP232A, SP233A, SP310A and SP312A devices as well as popular industry standard pin-outs. This offers a 120kbps data rate under load, small ceramic type 0.1µF charge pump capacitors and overall ruggedness. Features include BiCMOS design which allowing low power operation without sacrificing performance.
