The SKY65009-70LF is a high performance, ultra-wideband PA driver with superior output power, linearity, and efficiency. The high linearity and superior ACPR/ACLR performance make the device ideal for use in the driver stage of infrastructure transmit chains. The SKY65009-70LF is fabricated using Skyworks high reliability HBT technology. The device is provided in the form of a low-cost SMT, lead (Pb)-free, RoHS-compliant and Green™ 4-pin 4.5 x 2.4 mm, SOT-89 package.
