The PESD5V0C1USF is an ultra-low capacitance unidirectional ESD Protection Diode optimized for safeguarding very sensitive high-speed interfaces against ESD pulses with a high level of robustness. It is a part of the TrEOS protection family. It gives ESD and surge protection for ultra-high-speed data-lines, very sensitive interface lines and generic interface lines.
