The MSO2024B from Tektronix is a MSO2000B series mixed signal oscilloscope with 200MHz bandwidth, 4 analogue channels and 16 digital channels. The MSO2024B mixed signal oscilloscope provides a complete set of triggers including runt, logic, pulse width/glitch, setup/hold violation, serial packet and parallel data. The oscilloscope has up to 1Mpoint record length so user can capture many events of interest, even thousands of serial packets in a single acquisition for further analysis while maintaining high resolution to zoom in on fine signal details. It features automated serial and parallel bus analysis, FilterVu variable low-pass filter and innovative Wave Inspector controls and provides feature-rich tools for the user to simplify and speed debug of complex design.
