The MAX4714EXT+T is a low voltage, SPDT analogue switch in 6 pin SC-70 package. This low on-resistance, low voltage analogue switch operates from a single supply, it has fast switching speeds of tON = 18ns (max) and tOFF = 12ns (max). It features 0.8ohm (max) on-resistance (RON) with 0.18ohm (max) RON matching and flatness at +3V supply. The digital logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. It is used in power routing, audio/video signal routing, battery operated equipment, low voltage data-acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, cellular phones, modems and hard drives.
