The MAX4674EUE+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a 3V/5V, 4ohm, wideband quad 2:1 analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TSSOP package. When powered from a single +5V supply it features a low 4ohm max on-resistance (RON), 0.4ohm max RON matching between channels and 0.8ohm RON flatness over the entire signal range. The off-leakage current is only 0.5nA max at +25°C. It features fast turn-on (tON) and turn-off (tOFF) times of 18ns and 6ns respectively. All digital inputs have +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility with +5V operation. Typical application include 10/100 base-t, ATM switches, audio/video signal routing, communication systems, low voltage data acquisition and relay replacement.
