The LM5140RWGEVM is an evaluation module for LM5140-Q1 wide Vin dual synchronous buck controller. The LM5140-Q1 is a dual synchronous buck controller intended for high voltage wide VIN step down converter applications. This IC is qualified to AEC-Q100 grade 1 (-40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature). This wide Vin, dual 2.2MHz low Iq synchronous buck controller evaluation board provides a fully functional buck power supply, employing peak current mode control. The evaluation board provides two independent outputs (3.3V at 6A and 5V at 5A). The nominal input voltage range is 8V to 18V with an extended operating range of 3.8V to 42V. The LM5140EVM evaluation module helps designers evaluate the operation and performance of LM5140-Q1 synchronous buck controller. The device offers configurability and can be set up to switch at 440KHz or 2.2MHz.
