The ADC12D1800RFRB/NOPB converter reference board is designed to assist the evaluation of ADC12D1800RF, a high performance CMOS analog to digital converter digitizes signals at 12bit resolution for dual channels at sampling rates of up to 1.0/1.6/1.8GSPS or for a single channel up to 2.0/3.2/3.6GSPS. The ADC12D1800RF achieves excellent accuracy and dynamic performance while dissipating lowest power in class. This platform can be evaluated and controlled via WaveVision5 software, which has been developed for use with it. The on board FPGA captures data from the ADC and transfers it to the PC via the USB connection. Data may be viewed in the time domain, frequency domain, or as a histogram. The ADC12D1800 control registers, which offer additional mode selection and features, may also be accessed via the WaveVision5 interface. The board is designed to allow for maximum flexibility and convenience.
