The ACS756SCA-050B-PFF-T is a hall effect based linear current sensor IC in 3 pin CA package with PFF lead form. This device provides an economical and precise solution for AC or DC current sensing applications. It consists of precision, low offset linear hall circuit with copper conduction path located near the die. Current flowing through this copper conduction path generates a magnetic field which hall IC converts into proportional voltage. Device accuracy is optimized through close proximity of magnetic signal to hall transducer. A precise, proportional voltage is provided by low offset, chopper stabilized BiCMOS hall IC which is programmed for accuracy at factory.
