The ACPL-214-500E from Avago is a surface mount AC input single channel half pitch phototransistor optocoupler in 4Pin SO package. Optocoupler contains 2 light emitting diodes connected inversely parallel and optically coupled to a phototransistor. This optocoupler is widely used at I/O interface for programmable controllers, computers, sequence controllers and system appliances.
