The SN74AUC1G14DBVR is a single Schmitt-trigger Inverter and performs the Boolean function Y = A\\. The device functions as an independent inverter, but because of Schmitt action, it may have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) signals. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
Optimized for 1.8V operation and is 3.6V I/O tolerant
10µA Maximum ICC low power consumption
Ioff supports partial-power-down mode operation
Sub-1-V operable
2.5ns Propagation delay (tPD)
±8mA Output drive
Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78, Class II
