The MAX6070BAUT12+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This low drift device provides a 1/f noise voltage of only 3.6µVP-P at an output voltage of 1.25V with a temperature drift of ±2ppm/°C. It consumes 130µA of supply current (TA = +25°C) and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current.
