The MAX3094EESE+ is a ±15KV ESD-protected, 10Mbps, 3V, low power quad RS422/RS485 receiver in 16 pin NSOIC package. This rugged, low power RS422/RS485 receiver features electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for use in harsh environments. Receiver"s inputs are protected to ±15KV using IEC 1000-4-2 air-gap discharge, ±8KV using IEC 1000- 4-2 contact discharge and ±15KV using the human body model. This device is used in telecommunications equipment, level translators and ESD sensitive applications.
