The MAX14931FASE+ is a 4-channel, 2.75KVrms digital isolator in 16 pin NSOIC package. It offers all three possible unidirectional channel configurations to accommodate any 4-channel design including SPI, RS232, RS485 and digital I/O applications. Independent 1.71V to 5.5V supplies on each side of the isolator also make the device suitable for use as level translators. Typical applications include fieldbus communications for industrial automation, isolated SPI, RS232, RS485/RS422, general multichannel isolation applications, battery management and medical systems.
