The LM4040AEM3-3.0+T is an improved precision micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This two terminal shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.1% with ±20ppm/°C temperature coefficient (IR = 10mA). The LM4040A has a 45µA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load.
