Omron recently expanded their G3VM Series of MOSFET relays to include the 60V load voltage “61GR2”. This high current MOSFET relay is capable of switching a continuous load current of 1.7 A with a low 80 mΩ ON resistance. The compact solid state relay is offered in a 4-pin SOP package with surface mount terminals and it’s available in tape and reel packaging to allow for easy placement in production. This high current MOSFET relay was designed for applications in semiconductor test equipment, data loggers, and communications equipment.
