The EFM32GG-STK3700 is a starter kit which is an excellent starting point to get familiar with the EFM32GG990F1024 Giant Gecko 32bit microcontroller. The EFM32GG990F1024 is a microcontroller with 1MB flash and 128KB RAM, making them ideal for energy sensitive applications with high memory and connectivity requirements. The starter kit contains sensors and peripherals demonstrating some of the MCU"s many capabilities and can serve as a starting point for application development. The Giant Gecko features an onboard SEGGER J-Link debugger and an advanced energy monitoring system, allowing to program, debug and perform real time current profiling of your application without using external tools. The EFM32 Giant Gecko MCU on the EFM32GG-STK3700 is designed to be powered by three different sources, through the onboard debugger, through the EFM32"s own USB regulator and by a 3V battery.
