The Texas Instruments DS90UA102-Q1EVM evaluation module (EVM) helps system designers evaluate the operation and performance of the DS90UA102-Q1 Multi-Channel Digital Audio Deserializer (DES). The device receives a high-speed serial input and converts it to 8 digital audio (I2S, LJ/RJ, and TDM) and 4 general purpose LVCMOS outputs. The serial interface is transported over a 100-ohm differential shielded twisted pair (STP) cable, or a single 50-ohm coax cable.
The EVM contains one deserializer device and the board features 2 SMA coax connectors at the serial interface input.
