The CD0603-B0130L is a Schottky Barrier Chip Diode for switching and rectification applications. The barrier diode offers a forward current of 100mA, a reverse voltage of 30V. The Schottky Barrier Series diode is lead free with Cu/Ni/Au plated terminations and is compatible with lead free manufacturing processes, conforming to many industry and government regulations on lead free components. The chip diode conforms to JEDEC standards, easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment and their flat configuration makes roll away much more difficult.
