The BD00GA3MEFJ-ME2 is a 300mA variable output LDO regulator in 8 pin HTSOP package. This LDO regulator is built-in with thermal shutdown circuit for protecting IC from heat destruction by over load condition, circuit current ON/OFF switch for setting the circuit 0µA at shutdown mode and an over current protection for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit. It is usable for ceramic capacitor and enables to improve smaller set and long life.
