The ADT7310TRZ is a high accuracy 16bit digital SPI temperature sensor in 8 pin NSOIC package. It contains band gap temperature reference and 13bit ADC to monitor and digitize temperature to 0.0625°C resolution. The ADC resolution is set to 13bits (0.0625°C) by default. This can be changed to 16bits (0.0078°C) by setting bit 7 in configuration register. The ADT7310 is guaranteed to operate over supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. The average supply current is typically 210µA at 3.3V. It has shutdown mode that powers down the device and offers shutdown current of typically 2µA.
