The ADS8363EVM is an evaluation module will accept either the ADS7263 (12bit) or the ADS8363 (16bit) ADCs. The evaluation board has two 1MSPS, 12bit/16bit serial output channels. The four, fully differential analog inputs are divided into two pairs (A and B). The ADS7263 and ADS8363 each accept an analog input voltage in the range of -VREF to +VREF (5VPP), centered on the internal 2.5V (typical) reference. The part also accepts bipolar input ranges when a level shift circuit is used in the analog front end circuitry.
