The ADRF5020-EVALZ is an evaluation board for ADRF5020 100MHz to 30GHz silicon SPDT switch. The ADRF5020 is a general purpose, single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch manufactured using a silicon process and it provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 100MHz to 30GHz. This evaluation board is a fully populated, 4-layer, RO4003 based evaluation board. For normal operation, two supply voltages, +3.3V and -2.5V should be connected to the DC test points labelled VDD and VSS respectively while ground voltage is applied to DC test point labelled GND. Two control voltages of 0/+3.3V that select switch state are applied to the DC test points labelled EN and CTRL. The RF input signal can be applied to the edge launch, 2.4mm RF connector labelled RFC and RF output signals can be measured on the edge launch, 2.4mm RF connectors labelled RF1 and RF2.
