The ADRF5020BCCZN is a 100MHz to 30GHz silicon SPDT switch in 20 pin LGA package. This general purpose, single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch is manufactured using a silicon process and provides high isolation and low insertion loss from 100MHz to 30GHz. This broadband switch requires dual supply voltages. The positive supply voltage ranges from 3V to 5.4V, negative supply voltage ranges from -2.75V to -2.25V, positive supply current is 80µA at VDD = 3.3 and negative supply current is less than 1µA at VSS = -2.5V. It also provides CMOS/LVTTL logic compatible control. It is typically used in test instrumentation, microwave radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), military radios, radars, electronic counter measures (ECMs) and broadband telecommunications systems.
